are kept confidential.

However, when there is a stolen, unauthorized or otherwise fraudulently used Credit Card submitted for payment for our services:

1) The Subject of the search is notified immediatley.
2) The Subject will be given the details of the search request.
3) Discreet Data will cooperate with any law enforcement agency and make its records available for review by authorities as part of an investigation for prosecution.
